This document provides you with information that you will need to know when considering utilising our services. It contains information relating to matters such as:
- Who we are and the services we offer
- How we can be contacted
- How we and other relevant entities are paid
- How we deal with complaints and our dispute resolution procedures

This FSG contains information about remuneration that may be paid to us and other persons in connection with the services performed. Please retail a copy of the FSG for your reference. Any other documents we provide should be read together with this FSG.
VESTIUUM and our Services
VESTIUUM CSF Pty Ltd is authorised to provide the following services to Wholesale and Retail clients:
- provide General financial product advice
- deal in a financial product to retail and wholesale clients by applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
- Securities
VESTIUUM is authorised to provide crowd-sourced funding (CSF) services for fully-paid ordinary shares in eligible CSF companies listed on our portal at agcrowd.com.au (the Website).
Eligible companies may promote investment opportunities through Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and raise capital using Prospectuses or other Offer Documents that they publish.
Vestiuum can offer General Advice and Dealing services. General Advice are facilitation and offered without consideration of any investor’s financial situation, investment objectives, particular needs, appetite for risk, investment experience or investing time frame.
Vestiuum is not authorise to provide personal advice. You should consider the appropriateness of the advice, in light of your own objectives, financial situation or needs, before following the advice. VESTIUUM makes no recommendations with respect to investment offers listed on the website.
VESTIUUM is authorised to provide General Advice and Dealing Services. General Advice is provided without taking into account your financial situation, investment objectives, needs, risk appetite, experience, or length of investment. VESTIUUM is not authorised to provide Personal Advice.

Vestiuum as a Crowdsource Funding intermediary has certain obligations that are required by law to perform its gatekeeper obligation. This includes

How VESTIUUM is Paid
Issuer Fees for Service:
VESTIUUM charges consulting fees based on the complexity of a client’s business activities and the amount of capital being raised. These fees cover a range of financial and consulting services. All fees will be clearly documented and agreed upon with the client prior to the commencement of any work.

Investor Fees:
No remuneration is levied as commission or success fee based on capital raised. As an investor or potential investor, there are no fees payable to sign up and account, use the platform or to participate in one of our EOI.
Director & Employees
Vestiuum directors and employees including any agents representing Vestiuum receive compensation through a mix of salary, equity and bonuses. The structure and amount of remuneration are influence by various factors such as individual’s roles and experience, overall performance, team performance and compliance with procedures.
Referral Programs
Vestiuum may pay referral fees to third parties who refer issuers or investors our platform. These fees may be structured as a percentage of the success fee earned by VCSF, the amount invested by the individual investor, total amount raised under the related CSF offer or as a fixed flat fee.
Compensation Arrangements
VESTIUUM carries Professional Indemnity insurance cover that satisfies the requirements for compensation arrangements under S 912B of the Corporations Act. We believe that the cover is adequate to meet Vestiuum requirement for compensation arrangement as an AFSL holder.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
VESTIUUM will seek to deal with disputes fairly and expeditiously. If you have cause to make a complaint, then write to:
